Hired by the Disneyland Resort in 1972, Pat began his Disney career as a performer in the original Main Street Electrical Parade before moving on to multiple new roles including Parade Operations, Scenic Fabrication and Technical Operations for both Disneyland Park and California Adventure Park. His role today encompasses the daily technical operational support of Walt Disney Parks Live Entertainment, identifying the right fit talent for multiple stage craft technical roles, oversight of an annual operating budget for both shows and events and the development of new leaders to sustain the growth Live Entertainment at the Disneyland Resort.
