Andrew Howard
Manager, Communications with the NFL
Andrew Howard is Manager, Communications with the National Football League, a title he has held since January 2018.
In his current role, Andrew is responsible for the coordination of weekly radio, print and television interview requests for all NFL Media talent, which include 6 Pro Football Hall of Famers; formulating and directing all communications efforts related to NFL Network and its programming; developing promotional plans for various NFL Network series such as the Emmy-nominated A Football Life, The Timeline and Good Morning Football; managing NFL Network’s Super Bowl, NFL Scouting Combine and NFL Draft promotional efforts, including setting media schedules for NFL Network talent at each event; and serving as an on-location PR representative at such events as Super Bowl, NFL Scouting Combine, NFL Draft and Thursday Night Football.
Andrew joined the NFL in November 2010 as Public Relations Coordinator before being promoted to Publicist in August 2012.
Prior to joining the NFL, Andrew served as a Media Relations Intern with the San Jose Earthquakes and a Public Relations Game Night Staff member with the Golden State Warriors.
A native of Torrance, CA, Andrew graduated from UCLA in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. While at UCLA, Andrew wrote for The Daily Bruin for four years, covering such sports as the UCLA football, men’s basketball and baseball teams.
