Emily DuPlessis is an award-winning public relations instructor and PRSSA organization adviser. She brings over 14 years of professional public relations experience to her students including serving as the director of marketing and communications for Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences and the public affairs manager for the second largest community college in Oregon. Emily is an alumnus of Central Washington University and Gonzaga University with degrees in public relations, communication, and leadership studies.
Hannah Cottle is a senior at Central Washington University. She will be graduating in the Spring of 2018 with Bachelor’s degrees in Public Relations and Public Policy. She hopes to pursue a career in government communication following graduation. She is currently Firm Director of Central’s PRSSA-affiliated student PR firm, Central Communication Agency. She was voted Junior Public Relations Student of the Year in 2017 by Central’s Communication Faculty. In addition, Hannah is an economic development social media coordinator for The City of Auburn and works for the school’s information services as a PR/marketing associate.
Leanne Fraker is 19 years old and is going to be graduating from Central Washington University in the Spring of 2018. She will be receiving her Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations. Over the course of her senior year, she was the President of Central Washington University’s PRSSA chapter, the Vice President of Operations at Central Communication Agency, and the Chair of CWU’s Bateman Competition team. She had the luxury to be CWU PRSSA’s delegate for the National Assembly in Seattle. She has a passion for Public Relations and is excited to launch her career in the Fall.
